The Ultimate Mashup

The online world is enamored today with the "mashup"... here's one I often wonder about. What would a mashup of these two characters have looked like (Note: these snapshots show my husband and me at six years old ... a few decades before we met. I loved that jumper and headband!) Clearly I need to do a better job of caring for my early photos. This one took a beating...

P.S. Thanks for the virtual hugs and support from my last post. I'm much better today...

Love his bolo and your plaid. I think every girl in 1st grade had a similar jumper. I know I did, but I think mine was brown.

I have to admit that yesterday's post had me at war with myself. I wanted to comment but felt as someone who has a child, I'd be offering baseless thoughts. I really don't have the right to pretend I know what you are going through.

Thanks, DD. Just knowing you wanted to offer up some kind words means a lot. (And, can you believe he wore the bolo in inner-city Boston? Just your average Greek American urban cowboy...he's turned in the bolo for cabana shirts.)

    Hello-

Glad I found you. I am approaching my third and last IVF in a few months. At this point, I feel like I have one foot in the FZ and one foot in the DFZ. I never thought I would get here, but I am neutral on #3. (#2 went tubal, so I got my moneys worth there). What you have to contribute is powerful stuff. Thank you.

      Hi Jeanie,
Glad you found me, too. Though I wish it were under different circumstances...

Hi, I'm glad you are feeling better. I'm going to try your combination of choc chip cookies and red wine, off to bake!

I hope your work week is going smoothly.
