At 29 I learned I might have some infertility issues. On and off for the next 11 years I tried both conventional and unconventional methods to conceive. Clomid, IUI, ICSI IVF (several times), acupuncture, yoga for fertility, raspberry tea, chiropractic adjustments, Chinese herbs, fertility herbal blends. Diet changes. Lighting candles. You name it, I tried it. When it became evident that no amount of effort would produce a baby, my husband and I reluctantly got off the infertility treatment roller coaster. This blog -- and the book I'm writing called Silent Sorority -- give voice to what it's like to live with infertility in a fertile world.
